Customer Service Point is a scheme under Public-Private Partnership. The Customer Service Point acts as a bank representative or agent and is appointed to provide banking services to the residents. Customers can open bank accounts at SBI CSP Outlets and handle imperative bank-related transactions.

Digital Foundation CSP is an authorized CSP provider of the State Bank of India to conduct banking transactions in favor of SBI. It is an internet-based technology. SBI CSP transactions are biometrically secure. Printed acceptance of each transaction is provided to the customer.

SBI CSP renders services like no-frill account opening, fund transfer, cash deposit, cash withdrawal, etc.

Taking account of ever-increasing unemployment and financial inclusion, the State Bank of India is providing a CSP license free of cost.

To secure a CSP license, one has to participate in the CSP apply initiative of SBI.

Indian literate adults with decent knowledge of computers can get an SBI CSP underway.

Before online CSP registration, one must have the following readily available:

• Internet connection

• Printer

• Scanner

• Fingerprint reader

• Minimum 100 square feet of office space
